Mike Luna has accepted the position of vice president of operations at EFCO. Luna joins the company with 24 years of experience at Emerson, where he held numerous leadership positions within operations. During his career at Emerson, he led start-up operations in Mexico, had extensive experience in lean strategy and was responsible for all facets of manufacturing. Luna currently lives in Springfield, Mo. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer-assisted manufacturing from Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Mo., and a master’s degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis. “We are excited to have Mike join the EFCO team and help continue to drive safety, quality and continuous improvement activities,” says John Klein, president of EFCO Corp. “His extensive leadership and operations background will be a great fit for EFCO. Mike’s first day at EFCO will be Monday, May 13. I will be working closely with him beginning that week and beyond. I look forward to introducing him to the entire EFCO team.”
